Craig Starcher is a Vice President at Front Line Advisory Group (FLAG), where he leads the firm’s Community Development Practice focused on operational modernization, process improvement, technology strategy, KPI reporting, and organizational change initiatives for local governments and public-sector organizations. His work centers on helping jurisdictions improve service delivery, operational visibility, communication, and long-term organizational effectiveness through practical, data-informed solutions.

Craig brings a multidisciplinary background spanning public-sector finance, software development, program management, and operational transformation. Prior to joining FLAG, he managed more than $4 billion in financial accounts for the U.S. Marine Corps, served on enterprise financial governance boards, and contributed to large-scale ERP modernization initiatives.

In addition to his consulting work, Craig serves on multiple nonprofit and advisory boards, including the FLAG Foundation Board, Patriots’ Hall of Dripping Springs Advisory Board, and the Wonder Women Tech Community Advisory Board. He previously served as Chairman of the Veterans Leadership Council and the City of Dripping Springs Tax Incremental Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Board. He has also served as a guest lecturer at Texas State University and spoken at multiple AI and technology conferences on operational modernization, government innovation, and process improvement.

Craig was selected as one of 100 leaders nationwide for the Obama Foundation Leaders USA 2024-2025 program.
