Craig Starcher is a Texas native living in Dripping Springs with his wife, Cheyenne, and pets Scarlette O’Hara, Dehlila, and Ethel Mertz. As a Principal Consultant, he leads programs ranging from capital improvement programs to change and technology initiatives to communications and training development. Outside of FLAG, Craig serves on the Veterans Leadership Council Board, City of Dripping Springs TIRZ 1 & 2 Board, and FLAG Foundation Board. He can also be found walking local trails listening to audiobooks or playing pickleball at the local YMCA.

Craig is excited about FLAG’s role in shaping the future of communities. “The Development Services Change Management Teams are helping improve how governments operate, the Capital Improvement Program Management Teams are helping governments quickly and efficiently complete capital improvement projects the communities desperately need, and FLAG Foundation is bringing together and supporting our local communities.”

When asked the ultimate question of who would win in a fight between Jessy and a grizzly bear, Craig responded, “Grizzly bears can weigh up to 800 pounds with 4-foot claws, but the dinosaurs looked at Jessy the wrong way and we all know what happened to them.”
