We are seeking a Development Process Improvement Project Analyst with experience leading and managing change and process improvement initiatives. This is a highly dynamic role that requires the ability to implement a wide variety of projects. For example, in a single week we have:
- Supported the program management of the capital infrastructure program
- Served as a Product Owner for updating existing software or introducing new software
- Written content for a new website
- Led efforts to analyze pricing strategies
- Overseen and supported our client’s subcontractors
- Mapped processes with subject matter experts
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with clients, the team, and future clients and partners
- Pull reports and convey meaningful information from unorganized data
- Write content for memos, websites, and more
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Research and write articles for marketing and business development
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Experience Level
- Bachelor degree or progressive work experience beyond the experience requirement below
- Minimum two years of related experience

- Advanced spreadsheet and written/verbal communications skills
