What We Help Solve
Many public-sector organizations have plenty of data but still struggle to answer basic operational questions with confidence. They may have data in permitting systems, spreadsheets, capital project files, or internal trackers, but that information is often difficult to interpret and rarely structured for decision-making.
FLAG helps organizations turn raw data into usable insights. We build reporting and dashboard systems that help leaders understand what is happening, where risk is building, and what needs attention.
Our Capabilities / What We Deliver
- Interactive dashboards
- Standard performance reports
- KPI frameworks
- Data organization and cleanup support
- Report logic and structure design
- Visual summaries for leadership
- Public-facing transparency dashboards
- Internal operational dashboards
- Permit and workflow performance reporting
- Capital improvement finance and schedule management
Our Approach
We begin with decisions leaders need to make, and then work backwards to identify what leaders, managers, and stakeholders need to know. Then we determine what data supports those decisions, how it should be organized, and how it should be reported. We build from repeatable reports into dashboards so that the underlying information is structured, reliable, and useful before it is turned into a dashboard.
A dashboard that looks polished but does not help people act is just decoration. We build reporting systems that help teams spot delays, track performance, communicate with stakeholders, and improve transparency.
